Hi! My name is Kacper Gądek and I'm a developer. On a daily basis, I work on creating software, particularly backend-related tasks - database optimizations, data processing, reporting, integrations, and web application security.
HireLog was born from my own experience job hunting. The job market - especially in IT - is particularly tough right now, and I remember sending around 100 CVs a month when looking for my first job. Applications were duplicating, I was getting lost in arrangements and details. Excel for tracking changes seemed boring to me, and since I'm a developer, I decided to create a tool for myself.
